What is your static IP address?

How many phones do you need?

List the name and extension for each person in your company (e.g. John Smith x 101). One person/extension per line.

Briefly describe your calling rules. For example "I want all phones to ring when a call comes in" or "Phones 1, 2, and 3 should ring, then transfer to my cell". We can configure almost any setup that suits your business:

What is the internal address of your default gateway? Usually 192.168.1.1.

What IP address should your server be assigned. If you are unsure, we usually assign something in the 192.168.1.5x range.

Do you need an auto attendant (e.g. 1 for sales, 2 for tech support). If so you can record the prompts over our phone or send us a .wav file.

Do you need custom on hold music. If so you must provide us with a .wav file.

What are your business hours?

Please describe your after hours call rules (e.g. ring like normal, go to voicemail, go to auto-attendant, forward to cell phone, etc).
