Dedicated SIP trunking

Your own phone system. Not a slice of someone else's cloud.

We build, pre-configure, and ship a dedicated IP PBX that only your company uses. You pay for concurrent calls — not per phone — so your 11th, 20th, or 40th extension costs nothing extra.

Why SIP trunking

Cloud providers bill you per phone. We don't.

Most hosted providers charge for every phone, extension, or user you register. We charge for concurrent calls — the number of phones actually talking at the same time. Here's a real 10-phone office:

Typical cloud provider

$25 per phone × 10 phones

Monthly$250
Yearly$3,000
Three years$9,000

VoIP Solutions SIP

10 concurrent calls, unlimited phones

Monthly$200
Yearly$2,400
Three years$7,200
$1,800 saved

over three years — and the gap only grows as you add phones, because extra extensions on your own PBX are free.

What's in the box

Everything arrives configured. You plug it in.

  • Your dedicated IP PBX

Built and tested for your company alone — extensions, voicemail, auto attendant, and routing already in place.

  • Business-grade desk phones

Cisco, Polycom, Snom, Grandstream, or Mitel — provisioned per user before they ship, with your labels on the keys.

  • Automatic failover

Internet down? Calls automatically forward to cell phones so you never miss a customer.

  • Web management tool

Change greetings, extensions, and call flows yourself — or call us and we'll do it for you.

Monthly plans

Priced by concurrent calls, not headcount.

Every plan includes every standard feature — no upsells, no per-feature pricing. Need something bigger? We'll build a custom package.

How it works

Minimal downtime, by design.

1

Tell us about your office

How many phones, how many people talk at once, and how you want calls to flow. We'll size the right plan and hardware.

2

We pre-configure everything

Your PBX and every phone are built, provisioned, and tested before they leave our shop. Extensions, voicemail, and routing arrive ready.

3

Plug in and dial

Phones come up on your network and register automatically. Most offices are making calls the same day the boxes arrive.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes. We port your existing numbers over, and your old service stays live until the port completes — so there's no gap where customers can't reach you.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Calls automatically fail over to cell phones or any backup numbers you choose. Callers never hear a dead line.
Do I need new wiring?
Usually not. IP phones run on your existing network cabling, and most models can share a jack with a computer. We'll tell you exactly what's needed before anything ships.
What does "concurrent calls" mean?
It's the number of conversations happening at the same time. A 10-line plan means 10 people can be on live calls at once — but you can have 20, 30, or 40 phones on desks. You only pay for simultaneous talk paths, not hardware.
Who sets everything up?
We do. Every PBX and phone is configured and tested in our shop before shipping. When the boxes arrive, you plug the phones in and they register on their own. If anything needs adjusting, you call us — not a ticket queue.
